    About the Role:

    The TAS Manager will assist in mentoring and developing team members in best practices to ensure client satisfaction and team member efficiencies while taking responsibilities for his/her own performance. The TAS Manager will take action to address identified personal development areas including pillar advancement and assist with the on-boarding and training of new team members. In this role, associates will be resilient, motivated to succeed and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. While this is a role that will lead a team of Talent Attraction Specialists, successful TAS Manager will also be able to manage a desk that allows them to provide coverage and leadership on accounts that have a current or future need for lift in strategic sourcing support.

    The TAS Manager's primary duties include but are not limited to:

    • Demonstrate thought leadership, committee participation, leading task forces 
    • Administer and regularly monitor IDPs with assigned employee’s quarterly
    • Train and develop new and current TAS team members
    • Monitor, evaluate and drive TAS team performance
    • Cultivate new sourcing tools and strategies
    • Creating, training and executing on RMP’s in coordination with account leads
    • People leader responsibilities to include but not limited to: weekly 1:1 meetings with assigned TAS team members, reporting and managing risk of current accounts and team members, coaching & inspecting team work and other duties as assigned
    • Present ideas on process improvements across the TAS team
    • Partnering with the Global Internal Recruiting team on external networking events to attract new talent to the TAS team
    • Working with account leaders to map out sourcing strategies & goal setting




    • Ability to build relationships within both internal and external clients
    • Ability to leverage TAS team resources and those outside of the TAS team to drive creative solutions
    • Encourage TAS team to think outside of the box & be solution oriented
    • Provide leadership and direction in the areas of individual assessment, career planning and development
    • Ability to be flexible and change direction and priorities quickly
    • Ability to learn and improve from constructive criticism
    • Familiar with advanced ICIMs metrics for weekly reporting
    • A passion for bringing new ideas and solutions to our internal and external sourcing strategies
