The Internal Recruitment Consultant provides skilled support to WilsonHCG internal recruitment team in support of business growth and delivery team headcount. In this critical role, the Internal Recruitment Consultant will manage the full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions and a range of internal recruitment requisitions and talent needs. As a member of the Internal Recruiting team, this role partners closely with the WilsonHCG internal hiring managers and leadership team to develop an in-depth understanding of position requirements. Utilizing a variety of avenues to identify passive and active job seekers, the Internal Recruitment Consultant is responsible for conducting research and ongoing recruiting activities to attract talent on both a national and global level and keep abreast of industry and market competitive intelligence.
Successful associates demonstrate a strong, independent work ethic, best practices for attracting top talent, the ability to develop and nurture strong working relationships and a passion for providing excellent client satisfaction while ensuring weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met. While this is not a sales role, the Recruitment Consultant will exhibit sales competencies as this role requires influencing others and success in a quota-driven environment.
