    The Internal Recruitment Consultant provides skilled support to WilsonHCG internal recruitment team in support of business growth and delivery team headcount. In this critical role, the Internal Recruitment Consultant will manage the full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions and a range of internal recruitment requisitions and talent needs. As a member of the Internal Recruiting team, this role partners closely with the WilsonHCG internal hiring managers and leadership team to develop an in-depth understanding of position requirements. Utilizing a variety of avenues to identify passive and active job seekers, the Internal Recruitment Consultant is responsible for conducting research and ongoing recruiting activities to attract talent on both a national and global level and keep abreast of industry and market competitive intelligence.


    Successful associates demonstrate a strong, independent work ethic, best practices for attracting top talent, the ability to develop and nurture strong working relationships and a passion for providing excellent client satisfaction while ensuring weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met. While this is not a sales role, the Recruitment Consultant will exhibit sales competencies as this role requires influencing others and success in a quota-driven environment.


    The Internal Recruitment Consultant primary duties include but are not limited to:


    • Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting pre-screens, facilitating interviews, and gathering candidate and hiring manager feedback
    • Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and on-going relationship management, demonstrating the ability to anticipate business needs and hiring manager preferences by delivering strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
    • Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates
    • Present strong talent for open positions, overcoming objections in the hiring process
    • Counsel hiring managers in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes focusing on adding value and doing what is best for the business 
    • Maintain strong hiring manager and candidate relationships and satisfaction
    • Update and maintain administrative responsibilities such as applicant tracking system data entry and reports



    • Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting including competitive market research, cold calling, Internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates
    • Conduct complex internet searches using a wide variety of search engines, social media, direct / cold calls, networks, directories and recruitment tools and databases
    • Proactively network and build robust candidate pools for a variety of internal positions for WilsonHCG
    • Help build and maintain WilsonHCG’s Talent Network and Hook and Hold pipelines.
    • Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against position requirements and organization culture / DNA fit
    • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction
    • Attend networking and college campus recruiting events
    • Update and maintain administrative responsibilities such as applicant tracking system data entry and reports
    • Active participant on special projects assigned
    • Demonstrated passion for WilsonHCG and desire to grow the organization
    • Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcome
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially able to communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand
    • Easily embraces change and demonstrates flexibility when direction or priorities shift
    • Actively participates on internal recruitment initiatives and looks for ways to add value to the P&C team in addition to fostering an environment of open collaboration
    • Strong organization and time management skills
    • Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS office skills and strong social media presence
    • Self-directed with the ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete tasks and meet deadlines
    • Able to handle confidential information
    • Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
