About the Role:
The Talent Attraction Specialist Team Lead will assist in mentoring and developing team members in best practices to ensure client satisfaction and team member efficiencies while taking responsibilities for his/her own performance. The Talent Attraction Team Lead will take action to address identified personal development areas including pillar advancement and assist with the on-boarding and training of new team members. In this role, associates will be resilient, motivated to succeed and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. While this is a role that will lead a small team of Talent Attraction Specialists, successful Team Leads will also be able to manage a desk that allows them to provide coverage and leadership on accounts that have a current or future need for lift in strategic sourcing support.
The Talent Attraction Specialist Team Lead's primary duties include but are not limited to:
