    Responsibilities

    Position Summary Description: HR Intern

    The HR Internship program is a paid internship where individuals will be responsible for supporting the overall People & Culture function for WilsonHCG. This learning program incorporates developmental activities with real-life, hands-on exposure to the Human Resource activities at WilsonHCG. Additionally, Interns will gain global business exposure and an opportunity to compete for full time employment at the close of a successful internship.

    During the Internship Program, individuals will be responsible for some or all of the following:

    • Assist with new hire onboarding and helping ensure compliance with all necessary documentation before employee’s start date.
    • Conduct employment verifications.
    • Assist with timecard edits and updates.
    • Participate in benefits uploads and communications.
    • Conduct background checks and drug screens.
    • Conduct internal HR audits to ensure compliance.
    • Assist with the development and execution of company-wide communication on a weekly basis.
    • Participate in and drive engagement through the ideations, preparation, and communication of events.
    • Organize and analyze company-wide engagement data to identify trends and give high-level report outs to the business.
    • Assist with company-wide talent management reporting.
    • Participate in high-level HR projects with a focus on global HR Operations.

    Qualifications

    Program Requirements:

    • Must be a Rising Senior, Senior or Post- Graduate Student
    • Human Resource degree track preferred
    • Minimum of 20 hours a week up to 29 hours per week maximum
    • Must maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale (“B” average) where this applies
    • Possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written
    • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and/or Google Suite programs
    • High energy level and comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects at one time
    • Resourceful, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail-oriented
    • Language requirements by location (English)
