    Service Delivery and Quality


    • Help run team meetings by bringing education and support to ROM
    • Assist as needed with hiring process for new recruiters on the team
    • Assist with business and client reporting as indicated by ROM
    • Monitor SLA compliance, reporting and discrepancies to the ROM as necessary
    • Assist with carrying out audits ensuring that direct reports are aware of audit outcomes and any required improvements & changes to process/procedure.

    Financial and Resource Management

    • In conjunction with the ROM - anticipate the financial implications associated with the operational performance of the team ensuring that business risks are identified, documented, controlled and mitigated (including resource management and tools allocation)


    People Management and Development

    • To take responsibility for his/her own performance and take action to address identified personal development areas.
    • Take responsibility for a small diverse team of staff and maintain good staff relationships and morale amongst the staff reporting to him/her.
    • Assist with on-boarding and training of new team members
    • Assist in mentoring and developing team members in best practices to ensure client satisfaction and recruiter efficiencies.

    Account Specific

    • Oversight of Aged Reqs and SLA’s
    • Run Snapshot Report
    • Assist in News Bulletins
    • On the Spot reporting as needed by CRM
    • Participate w/ ROM on 1:1’s.



    • Not actively on a Grow 12.0 Plan
    • Has been an employee of WilsonHCG for at least 6 months
    • Must obtain prior approval from CRM and ROM
