    Responsibilities

    The Administrative Assistant’s primary duties include but are not limited to:

    • Greet clients, visitors
    • Answer and transfer calls
    • Manage office vendor accounts
    • Inbound/outbound distribution of mail and packages
    • Office Inventory Management
    • Manage the schedule for multiple conference rooms
    • Prepare conference rooms for meetings and luncheons
    • Update calendar with office events
    • General office support and administrative duties, as assigned

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Strong customer service mentality
    • 1-2 years office administration experience preferably in a HR or staffing capacity
    • Strong Organizational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Self-directed with the ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete tasks and meet deadlines
    • Able to handle confidential information
    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required
