    The HR Generalist (HRG) plays a key role in the success of WilsonHCG by providing human resources support to the business and serving as the primary point of contact for employee HR needs. Reporting to the Director of Engagement & Relations, the HR Generalist acts as an HR consultant and advisor to employees, business leaders, and external partners. The HRG is a primary driver in creating a positive work environment, impacting culture, and serving as a champion for employee engagement. The Human Resources Generalist Core




    • On-Boarding & Off- Boarding - Act as a liaison and primary point of contact for new hires, run onboarding process to include offer letter presentation, background/drug screening and paperwork administration, educate and enroll in benefits, coordinate with Learning & Development to ensure proper onboarding training, enter and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, prepare offer letters and severance agreements, conduct exit interviews, and respond to any unemployment compensation matters.
    • Benefits and Compensation - Front-line support for all benefits and payroll related inquiries, including FMLA, Disability, Worker’s Compensation and ADA. Educates employees on our benefits programs, handles carrier enrollments and changes, reviews billing reconciliation, and files claims as needed. Works closely with our payroll team and HR Analyst to ensure employees are set up properly in the HRIS system and ready for payroll posting, including finalization of hours in the time and attendance systems. Enters and verifies incentive compensation payouts*.
    • People Interface - Serve as a trusted partner to our people, provide support and guidance to employees in all aspects of the human resource including payroll, benefits, work-life-balance, and HR policies; In addition, will also provide coaching and support for managers and leaders to help alleviate pain-points and drive team health. This role will partner closely with managers and leaders in the performance management and employee development processes.
    • HR Project Management - Working alongside leadership and HR team, you will help develop initiatives to support business goals, positively impact the business, and drive a healthy culture and engagement. As a member of the People & Culture team, the HR Generalist will join and lead internal committees, coordinate and lead Employee Huddles, and run point on disseminating important communication to assigned region or business units.
    • HR Administration - General HR administration tasks include regular updates and entries to the HRIS system, response to employment verifications, time and labor system administration, and other duties as assigned.




    Requirements & Preferences:


    • Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources field with responsibilities in at least 2 of the following concentrations: payroll, benefits, recruiting, employee relations and / or employment law
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations matters
    • Within the US: Knowledgeable in multi-state law, state mandated benefits requirements, FMLA, ADA and FLSA requirements.
    • Outside the US: Knowledgeable in local (or multi-country) labor laws and requirements
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Customer service oriented and results-oriented, with ability to prioritize work, multi-task, and meet deadlines PHR certification (or similar) preferred
    • Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
