    Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, the SRDA will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting database and reporting solutions for both our internal teams as well as our global clients. In addition the SRDA will review and optimize the health of our data warehouse and reporting ecosystem and will help define and deliver the next generation of WilsonHCG reporting solutions.


    • Partner with the business/clients to provide consultancy and define/translate reporting requirements into deliverables.
    • Design and develop reports. tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization.
    • Create and drive a “zero defect” reporting culture - define and embed safeguards to maintain and protect data integrity. Implement QA processes to trap errors before they surface in our production environment.
    • Review our existing reporting ecosystem and improve/optimize to ensure that we are delivering accurate and timely reporting to our clients in the most efficient way possible.
    • Monitor the performance of our data warehouse, taking corrective action to optimize or improve the performance when necessary.
    • Ensure that our database architecture and data feeds meets our current/future Reporting and Business Intelligence needs.
    • Identify and recommend new reporting technologies that will allow us to deliver more innovative/efficient/cost effective reporting for our internal and external clients.


    • Minimum 8 years of experience with SQL Server (2008R2/2012/2016)
    • Minimum 8 years of experience working with MS SQL Server Data Tools, SQL Management Studio and Visual Studio, specifically SSIS.
    • Understand of data warehousing methodologies.
    • Must be skilled in SQL, T-SQL and scripting.
    • Understanding of database normalization, indexing and performing tuning.
    • Must have expert level knowledge of one commercial reporting tool ( Eg. Crystal Reports, Jasper, Domo)
    • Must be skilled in the advanced use of Microsoft Office applications / VBA.
    • Experience with systems development lifecycle, scrum, agile, etc.
    • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate technical ideas effectively.
    • Must have strong investigative data and troubleshooting skills.
    • Skills Desired :
    • Experience of large scale data / report migration.
    • Experience of working with ATS or HRIS systems and data.
    • Experience of working with Data visualisation / BI tools.
    • Experience of working with AI base reporting tools.
