    We’re currently looking for a charismatic and technically minded Recruitment Consultant to join our team and support our technology clients. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will immerse yourself in one of the client’s most valuable assets, their employer brand. You will manage all aspects of the recruitment process – from requisition intake, candidate sourcing, lead generation, screening and interview management, through offer and onboarding.


    In this role, you’ll work directly with hiring managers as an embedded part of their internal talent team. You will lend your expertise and provide service excellence, ultimately with the goal of ensuring the client hires highly qualified people, with diverse skillsets and backgrounds, in the information technology industry.


    What you’ll be doing:


    • Learn the client’s recruitment process, goals and strategic objectives.
    • Qualify requisitions and understand deeply the ideal hiring profile by leading intake briefings between recruitment and the hiring team.
    • Define and execute effective sourcing strategies that identify and locate qualified talent.
    • Drive high impact outreach campaigns that reach and engage the ideal hiring profile.
    • Screen and interview candidates for best fit and present a short list of talent to the hiring team.
    • Nurture and expand candidate relationships by maintaining an active talent network.
    • Work closely with your client’s data and provide regular reporting to optimize recruitment performance.
    • Practice effective communication between the client, candidates, recruitment operations management and the shared services team.

    What you need to have (requirements):


    • Track record of success sourcing and recruiting within the technical vertical.
    • Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting including competitive market research, cold calling, internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates.
    • Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven environment.
    • Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially able to communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.
    • Ability to prioritize time and work effectively, keeping recruiting pipeline in consideration at all times.In addition, can confidently communicate pipeline status to others.
    • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
    • Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and client relationship.
    • Actively participates on recruiting team and looks for ways to add value in addition to fostering an environment of open collaboration.
    • Demonstrate computer proficiency, including intermediate G Suite by Google skills and strong social media presence.
    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
