    Responsibilities

    The Compensation and HRIS Data Analyst is the key resource in supporting a broad range of compensation programs, HRIS administration, benefits and data/analytics reporting. The Compensation aspect of this role includes, but is not limited to job evaluation and design, market pricing and compensation benchmarking, analysis and implementation of compensation programs, practices, and policies on a Global basis. The HRIS aspects of the role include data entry, HR systems administration, and authorization of approval workflows. The Data/Analytics aspect includes building and maintaining the HR Dashboard, analysis of trends, and research into new global markets. The Benefits aspect of the role includes maintenance of the plan documents, open enrollment support, claims intervention and partnering with field HR Generalists on plans and escalated benefits issues.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensures timely, accurate, and complete support to all compensation daily activities and inquiries for assigned groups. Support includes research, analysis, solving problems, and other requests. Works with People & Culture (HR) to educate/train management on all global compensation practices, policies, and programs. Composes communications related to employee compensation activities.
    • Conducts job evaluations of new and revised positions. Supports managers and People & Culture staff in designing and writing job descriptions and lines of career movement. Conducts market survey and analyzes results to recommend and assign appropriate pay grade for evaluated position. Ensures compliance with FLSA classifications and other federal and state laws.
    • Participates in market compensation surveys, determines benchmark positions, develops tools and approaches to analyze survey results, develops market trend analysis and provides comprehensive internal and external equity reviews.
    • Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assists with the design, assessment, and roll out of global compensation programs.
    • Establishes and maintains appropriate vendor and/or outside company contacts that are required for the administration of established compensation programs and research studies.
    • Maintains all data flow into and out of our HR Systems, including data entry and audits
    • Builds and maintains HR dashboards and provides key leaders within the business with data and analytics to make informed business decisions.
    • Researches and compiles comp and benefits related data for entry into new local and global markets

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, accounting, HR management, or related field 
    • Three (3) years or more of experience in the day to day administration and analysis of compensation programs 
    • Three (3) years or more of experience working with HRIS systems at an administrative level
    • At least one (1) year of experience working in a global HR environment
    • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) (preferred) 


    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Knowledge of HRIS systems and querying functionalities. (intermediate level) 
    • General compensation knowledge required including state and federal laws. (intermediate level) 
    • Ability to listen, write, and speak effectively. Inform, explain, and give instructions 
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems 
    • Excellent interpretation of complex statistical data
