    About the Role:

    The Recruitment Operations Manager - Sourcing at WilsonHCG is a client-facing, solution-oriented and strategic partner to the client & WilsonHCG's teams. The ROM has responsibility for the successful and direct supervision of the team dedicated to the specific client. The Recruitment Operations Manager will partner closely with delivery clients, sourcing specialists & recruiters to develop an in-depth understanding of assigned positions to create a strategy to target passive and active job seekers. In this role, the ROM acts as an industry expert in market trends, sourcing techniques and networking. Coaching, mentoring and training facilitation are core responsibilities in this position.


    Primary duties include but are not limited to:

      • Responsible for supporting the mentoring, coaching and development of team, recognising strengths and weaknesses,

      • Driving performance results across assigned account by supporting & supervision team of sourcers & recruiters,

      • Ability to support delivery specialists with developing creative sourcing solutions.

      • Act as a consultative business partner by knowing the candidate market and client’s business industry in order to provide exceptional sourcing consulting strategies,

      • Handles employee issues and processes, including ongoing performance management, appraisal process, and development planning,

      • Full ownership of comprehensive reporting to Senior Leadership

      • Full understanding of contract details and account logistics in order to ensure successful delivery of the sourcing & recruitment hiring plans,

      • Ensure team is educated on their metrics as it relates to the current SLAs and the impacts of missing or meeting those targets as it relates to the recruiter performance,

      • Strategically forecast resourcing needs, proper allocation resources and requisition assignments to ensure high level of customer service and support,

      • Monitor and measure client satisfaction, responding with urgency when situations arise and taking proactive steps to ensure high level of productivity,

      • Determine and communicate goals to sourcing team members as applicable.

      • Strong partnership and collaboration with CRM as well as members of Sr Leadership, Clients and external partners.

      • Must be able to not only report the metrics but also need to be able to analyse the data and communicate to the team regarding successes, challenges, areas of opportunity, etc.



      • Previous and proven leadership / supervisory experience in RPO or Staffing industry preferred

      • Strong time management, organisation and attention to detail skills

      • Ability to develop and present sourcing & recruiting strategy plans for delivery clients and execute across team

      • Solid business knowledge in multiple industries and displayed business acumen at all levels within client relationship

      • Demonstrate agility by working in a fast paced environment with ever changing demands

      • Expert in attracting talent through social media, alumni and social networking, Boolean

      • strings, direct / cold call sourcing, traditional and creative sourcing methods and targeted referrals

      • Ability to travel and conduct onsite client visits, upon client request
