    The Global Director of Talent Acquisition, reporting into the SVP of Talent and People Operations, is a solution-oriented and strategic partner to WilsonHCG’s internal delivery leaders and executive leadership on a global level. With responsibility to achieve and exceed recruiting goals and year over year performance, the Global Director of TA leads a team of Internal Recruiters in North America and EMEA who identify and qualify top talent for the WilsonHCG Recruitment Delivery, Sales, Operations and Corporate teams.


    The Global Director of Talent Acquisition will partner closely with delivery leaders in all of WilsonHCG geographical markets to develop an in-depth understanding of required client support in order to create a strategy to target passive and active job seekers. In this role, the Global Director of TA:

    • Acts as an industry expert in market trends, sourcing techniques and networking
    • Coaches, mentors and facilitates training for WilsonHCG’s Internal Recruiting
    • Leads by example
    • Determines weekly / monthly goals for Internal Recruiters and drives team’s performance to meet and exceed these goals
    • Drives constant awareness and improvement of our employment brand in the marketplace



    The Global Director of Talent Acquisition’s primary duties include but are not limited to: 

    • Strong partnership, collaboration, and consultation with Delivery Leadership and the Executive Leadership Team
    • Full understanding of business needs and internal recruiting budget in order to successfully manage team and direct their focus appropriately
    • Full ownership of comprehensive reporting and updates to the executive team
    • Strategically forecast resourcing needs, proper allocation resources and requisition assignments to ensure high level of customer service and support
    • Act as a consultative business partner by knowing the labor market and WilsonHCG’s client’s business industries in order to provide guidance to the internal recruiting team to recruit top talent
    • Monitor and measure client satisfaction, responding with urgency when situations arise and taking proactive steps to ensure high level of productivity
    • Responsible for leading the mentoring, coaching and development of the global Internal Recruiting team, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, as well as building out performance improvement plans
    • Recruiting operations focused to include but not limited to:
      • Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly goals
      • Build out individual recruiter equations
      • Making agile adjustments to goals
    • Handles all direct employee issues and processes, including ongoing performance management, appraisal process, and development planning
    • Ensure team is educated on their metrics as it relates to client deliverables and the impact on the organization of missing or meeting those targets
    • Foster a high performance culture across the Internal Recruiting team
    • Identify and prioritize short and long term goals as it relates to overall business and recruiter’s desk
    • Maintain data integrity by auditing the team’s metrics, process adherence and administrative compliance on a weekly basis, at minimum
    • Must be able to not only report the metrics but also need to be able to analyze the data and communicate to the team regarding successes, challenges, areas of opportunity, etc
    • Drives employment brand recognition in our marketplaces
    • In partnership with Marketing, continually refines and renews our internal employment brand
    • Other duties as assigned



    • Ability to travel internationally up to 10%
    • Excellent communication and ability to clearly set expectations and objectives, including consultation and strategic recommendations at the executive level
    • Strong time management, organization and attention to detail
    • Ability to develop and present recruiting strategy plans to executives and execute across the Internal Recruiting team
    • Solid business knowledge in multiple industries and displayed business acumen at the executive level
    • Demonstrate agility by working in a fast-paced environment with ever changing demands
    • In-depth understanding of reporting metrics and iCIMS subject matter expert.
    • Expert in attracting talent through social media, alumni and social networking, Boolean strings, direct / cold call sourcing, traditional and creative sourcing methods and targeted referrals. Knowledge of the latest technology /innovations which support talent acquisition
    • Experience managing a budget
    • 5+ years leading a Talent acquisition function of a large, multi-site, global company or 2+ years of previous and proven people leadership / supervisory experience in RPO or Staffing industry
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
