Role Summary/Purpose:

WilsonHCG is seeking a motivated, talented and experienced marketer to join our collaborative, dynamic team. Someone that will play an integral role in supporting our Marketing function across the globe – either virtually or in office. In this role, you will develop, analyze and execute programs that enhance, improve and innovate our current and future clients’ solutions. You will represent the voice of the market internally with WilsonHCG’s Marketing, Solution Design and Delivery teams. You’ll lead go-to-market efforts, competitive analysis, customer insights, positioning and messaging in order to acquire and grow a loyal and engaged client base. In this role, you’ll report directly to the VP, Marketing & Sales Enablement.


  • Work closely with the VP, Marketing & Sales Enablement and other key stakeholders to conceive and execute product/solution initiatives
  • Analyze opportunities across solutions (Total Talent Solutions, RPO, talent consulting, research and advisory, talent management, technology and analytics, among others) and develop go-to-market strategies by solution
  • Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to support solution development process for internal and external facing talent solutions/products – including positioning, naming, copy, marketing launch plans, and others
  • Facilitate communication throughout the product marketing/solution development process across a variety of teams within the business
  • Perform on-going analysis of market, industry, competitive and client intelligence to identify enhancements and/or new services and commercial strategies for growth
  • Lead client research to assess market and customer environments in order to discover voice of customer (VOC), unmet needs, buying cycles and personas
  • Identify, quantify and prioritize potential market opportunities based on ongoing analysis – new and existing client solutions
  • Develop/evolve solution development roadmap to support new solution introduction and existing client solutions; to include a proposed budget, in collaboration with VP, Marketing & Sales Enablement as well as executive leadership across the business



Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years experience in marketing, product marketing or related field (eligibility requirements)
  • Direct and/or indirect leadership experience in a cross-functional or highly matrixed organization
  • Highly collaborative with relationship-building working style; team player who works cohesively with all departments, and demonstrates integrity and a positive attitude
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with a willingness to operate at both highly strategic and tactical levels
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience having owned/shaped/led growth vision and marketing strategy
  • Proven oral presentation and written communications skills



  • MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
  • Experience in market and customer insights, product commercialization and branding
  • Talent acquisition/talent management/Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) product and industry acumen
