We have an opening for a part-time Law Clerk to join our team. This position will report directly to the Corporate Paralegal on to the EVP of People Operations and General Counsel. They will play a large part in our compliance program, including keeping up to date on legal and regulatory changes that effect the company internally, as well as our diverse portfolio of global clients. The Law Clerk will work closely with Human Resources, as well as discuss and offer opinions on HR and employment law issues. Additionally, the Law Clerk will conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
